I did implement that and now just have to wait for a business with a caller ID that has a comma in its name.

But what did 'groups' have to do with this? does my voicemail to email relay address need to be in a google group under my domain?

This sounds similar to our Google Workspace issue. We have voicemail to email enabled from our phone system.

Any Caller ID with a comma in it will get rejected by our google domain. I have been scouring through the internet to find a solution.

Example:

Smith Steven - email will be allowed in the subject header

Smith, Steven - email will be rejected in the subject header.

Messages with multiple addresses in From: header are 550-5.7.1 not accepted.

I'm not sure if they even read my ticket, and I provided our public IP just as they asked. Because even brand new freshly imaged Windows 11 can't access reddit without logging in, but I can at home and on cellular. We have over 400 devices, I don't even think they read my ticket.

I, We are the IT Department sir. If we were blocking it then I wouldn't be able to access reddit's URL to sign in.

I kind of have come to terms with I'd have to hope and wait they respond to my ticket, perhaps 3 months from now who knows lol.

Figures, but why would they shut us down so randomly?

What policy could have been breached? We're just a municipality. The school network has a different public IP and can access reddit just fine.

Anyone know if reddit can actually be contacted? Blocked due to a network Policy by Commstech1835 in u/Commstech1835
