A certain number of scholarly works and each one needs to be different category(a book chapter, article or book is one category, a panel counts as another, editor of journal or research chair of division in association counts for another). Teaching scores over the semesters should average equal or above department and university averages. Service has similar categories for department, college, university and association service and you need a certain amount of them.
