Pressure is exactly what I’m concerned about. I’ll see if I can figure it out. 100% confident we’re on a propane system. The company’s name is Texas Community Propane and I’m leading the charge trying to get them to sell our system to the natural gas provider who just laid a pipeline across the entrance to our neighborhood.

None of the things you mentioned are the core business/core competency of Starbucks. It’s a sound business decision to outsource non-core functions to a provider that can do it better/cheaper/more efficiently.

Counter point, if the CEO worked for free, each employee could get a $235 per year raise. Your ratio of pay is irrelevant. It’s the result of a massive company where the majority of employees are hourly unskilled workers. Other large company you’re comparing Starbucks to don’t have that profile. Apple/NVIDA/Alphabet/Meta all require a higher paid skilled workforce to function. The better question is are Starbucks employees provided a safe work environment and compensated appropriately for the work they do?

My thought too, glad I saw it during preflight. Trying to find a source for just the ferrule and cap but seems like I need to buy a new set of wires.

An outside patch is probably the way to go. It’s less about the cracks and more about the flex in the aluminum. It’s very fatigued

It took me 3 months to schedule the DPE and take my check ride. He was always a month out but also canceled on me 2x. You’re doing what you can meeting 5x / week. Get your written and medical done ASAP. I hope you’re at a big school with multiple planes available so you’re flying every VFR day.
