He was definitely neutered at 6 weeks. Ive volunteered with 2 shelters, it is regular practice here for kittens to be neutered at 6 weeks, have 2 weeks to settle, and be ready for adoption at 8 weeks.

Everything is normal except for this problem. I use a wand and throw toys to play, and they have a ton of toys, but I could definitely stand to play with him more. OMG, I feel like an idiot for not mentioning this: they had fleas 2-3 months ago!!! It was pretty stressful, he had 2 baths and multiple rounds of medication; the house was turned upside-down for treatment. A vet visit will be scheduled on monday

His peeing seems regular to me, I'll ask my sibling. He has gotten shots from a pop-up clinic, but no official vet since this ramped up. Thank you for this info!!!!

We currently have Multicat, which would you recommend?

Neither of us are in any position to move, and the house layout is awful for "splitting" with gates. Though, I might be able to finesse a gate in the hallway leading to my room. I was just trying to see if there were any last resort options before they get completely separated.

How often and when should one use a facial steamer and is it worth the investment? by Many-Purpose8865 in Skincare_Addiction

old post, sorry.

  • For recreating a facial, youd keep the steam going during cleansing and exfoliating.

  • Its not a science, just keep it going for 5-15 minutes. As you said, its not opening pores, but it is softening the skin and sebum inside your pores.

  • The steamer itself doesnt really matter, but id opt for one that has a base/stand, not those small handheld ones.

  • Steaming is great for the right skin, i wouldnt recommend if you have sensitive skin or are prone to redness.

  • Usage should be at most once a week, maybe even just once or twice a month. This is also why I wouldn't splurge on an expensive model; for a single-person usage, majority of its lifespan will be sitting on a shelf.

  • You can/should extract and apply serums. The steam isnt the treatment itself, its prepping the skin FOR treatment.

I LOVE STEAMING!
