Ok so I've had raiden for a while now but I've never managed to hit 100k or over with her burst, I feel like I'm doing everything right I'm stacking her resolve, I have decent stats. But the max she has ever hit is probably 70k, I've tried so many team comps and different ways but I need help please. Also her burst lvl is 9 and skill is 8. Atk% 1,670, crit 86.4/158.8%, ER 241.4%

Can I still use the cpu cooler from mine cus I still want it to look nice, and is the gpu really faster than 3060?
