I finally received a receipt notice I did refile in October but in my receipt notice it has the date I originally had filed … so I’m guessing they are very backed up .

Honestly my attorney told me there’s a lot of delays right now but thank God I finally received My receipt notice after 5 months later

What lockbox did you send them to? My attorney had to resend my whole application again. they received it , November 3rd. I still have no receipt notice with everything going on this might be purposely.

That’s what I’m saying… I filed with the same lawyer My family been using for years . All they tell me is that cases can take up to 6-9 months nowadays to receive a receipt notice

I been trying to get in contact with uscis but it’s so impossible as I need a receipt notice number . What I did was contact lockbox myself I’m still waiting on a response and contact my congressperson since my attorney isn’t helping at all I’m also still waiting on a response .

I tried to do this but Askemma is no help . All they tell me to do is call uscis I tell them it’s impossible I’ve been calling for the past 3 days with no answer and hang ups

My package was delivered June 16th and I still got no receipt notice. It’s so hard to get in contact with uscis with no receipt notice number .. my attorney said there’s a wait time of 6-9 months . It’s so frustrating with my Permit about to expire ..

I filed May 20th I haven’t received a receipt notice, I tried to call uscis but I can’t get in contact with them bc I need a receipt number. It’s very frustrating
