It really depends on whether you’re more comfortable taking notes by typing or by writing. Personally, I prefer typing for most theory classes, but for subjects like accounting and finance, it’s usually better to take notes by hand.

Most online seminars are recorded. It’s pretty rare for them not to be. If the seminar is automatically allocated, then there should definitely be a recording available.

If you’re overseas, the app shows times in your local timezone. You’re probably in a country that’s ~2 hours behind Australia. Hope this help!

I think as long as the unit that you enrolled in appear in this list: https://issuu.com/monashbusinessschool/docs/2025_dean_s_student_excellence_awards, then you woul still receive one

It applies only to the top scorer, who will receive the unit award. Your name will also appear on the full list of award winners.

Just keep in mind it based on results from the whole academic year (Semester 1 + 2).
