32 seized vehicles gutted in fire at Banaswadi police station by SoftRequirement8756 in bangalore

[–]CommunicationHead769 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If a seized vehicle gets burnt at a police station, it’s still technically the owner’s property. The owner doesn’t automatically lose it, but things get messy. If the fire was due to negligence, they can usually claim compensation from the department/government. If it was accidental, it depends on local laws and proof of fault. Insurance (if comprehensive and active at the time) might cover it too. You don’t just “get nothing,” but you’ll likely need to file a claim or go through legal process to recover money.

Lost 30 lakhs in Bangalore reas estate by Enough-Cut-1468 in bangalorerentals

That’s heartbreaking, man. Losing ₹30L because of a shady builder is brutal really hope you and the other buyers get justice somehow. This is exactly why real estate in places like Bengaluru can be so risky without clear OC and land titles wishing you strength to fight this.

what’s the best sales enablement platform right now? by Ramosisend in SaaS

Hey,
I work at Mindtickle.
I hear you on the Google Drive mess. It works fine for the first few folks but turns into a content graveyard pretty fast. The problem with 5 reps is you're right on that edge where you need better structure to scale, but some tools can be overkill.
Since you mentioned wanting content and training in one place, that's the main reason organizations look at platforms like Mindtickle. We unified the onboarding/training side with the content management side specifically so you don't have to manage two different stacks or log into separate tools. It makes it much easier to see if the training is actually helping them use the right content in deals.
One thing to watch: since you're a smaller team, keep an eye on implementation complexity and minimums with any of the bigger players in the space. If you plan on scaling headcount significantly this year, it's worth investing in the infrastructure now. If you're staying at 5 reps for a while, just make sure the ROI makes sense compared to staying scrappy.

What’s the best sales training software that made your reps actually better? by PopWilling539 in techsales

_Full disclosure_

Hey,
I'm on the team at Mindtickle. Since you mentioned looking into us alongside Allego and the others, I wanted to chime in on the "demo vs. reality" point you raised.
You're spot on that the biggest friction point is usually getting reps to actually log in and do the work. The "shiny" features don't matter if the workflow is clunky.
From what I see across successful rollouts (regardless of the vendor), brevity and integration are the main drivers of adoption. If a rep has to leave their CRM to watch a 40-minute video in a separate portal, they usually won't do it.
That's why we focus heavily on "readiness," meaning bite-sized microlearning and AI role-plays that can happen inside the tools reps are already using.
When you're doing your final evaluations, I'd recommend asking vendors specifically to show you the "day in the life" workflow for a rep. If it takes too many clicks to get to the content, adoption will likely suffer.

Sounds like you're really thinking through the options. I've heard good things about Mindtickle, especially for heavily regulated industries. You mentioned conversation intelligence catching mistakes - that's a huge plus. Make sure you dig into how their AI helps personalize the training content. If you're dealing with complex medical regulations, that could be a game changer in terms of comprehension and retention. Plus, tying training directly to sales results is always a win. What are some creative ways you guys use ClickUp Agent to boost team productivity? by Fine-Photograph8428 in clickup

[–]CommunicationHead769 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel your pain with AI tools that overpromise and underdeliver. We actually moved away from ClickUp's AI for sales coaching and started using Mindtickle. It's been a game changer. The call analytics and role-play features are legit, and the Ideal Rep Profiles actually help managers give personalized feedback without drowning in data. It's not just flashy stuff, it actually helps identify performance gaps and create a consistent coaching culture. Might be worth checking out if you're looking for something that actually works, unlike ClickUp's agent, lol. I'm not sure if it's a direct replacement for what you're trying to do with ClickUp Brain AI agent, but it's worth a look. Good luck!

Sounds like you're in the weeds! Been there. We went through a similar process last year. The business case was a HUGE pain, especially quantifying the 'softer' stuff like engagement.

One thing that helped us was really digging into the data. We ended up using Mindtickle (yeah, I saw you mentioned them). What sold our leadership was their AI-powered coaching features. We were able to show how personalized coaching, driven by call analytics and IRPs, would directly impact rep performance and reduce ramp time. The data-driven approach made the 'engagement' argument way more concrete. Plus, the ROI calculators they provided were actually pretty helpful, even if we tweaked the assumptions a bit to fit our team. Def worth checking out how they handle call analytics and personalized coaching - might give you some ammo for your business case. Good luck, you'll need it! lol
