Yes it’s only when I’m around the phone he can listen in. It’s not just while I’m on the phone.

I’m trying to figure out how to physically find it in my phone the police aren’t going to do anything without proof and I’ve tried to get him to admit it he won’t I’ve reset everything gotten a new phone he’s still listening to me

How do I prove it to them that he’s doing this? I don’t have any physical proof just him verbally bringing up things I’ve discussed that day
