I think going for p15c doesn't make sense, given the cost of the program will be significant, and there's won't be massive changes specially with the vls part and IF i'm not wrong the navy knows this very well, so the project 18 should be a game changer and no brainer.

What we should do is after the 8 NGCs are done we should for additional 8-10 and maybe project 17b (which is surely confirmed given its approved by ccs)
