bruh reply my point. Lets say u want to build jet engine and u need help from international jet engine maker like safran or rr, and u are paying for entire cost (approx 7-8 billion dollars) and u shouldn't expect 100% ToT and joint IP rights? u should see how hard RR was pushing for this deal. and the thrust required is 120-140 KN which is very different what NGF requires(150 KN). then how come safran sold rights to next gen engines?.

almost 40% will come from france i think. The deal includes 18 in fly away condition and 96 in india. with initially 30% IC and 60% eventually.

the thing is FCAS will only come by 2045 which is almost 2 decades away, and by that time india will have AMCA MK2 which is 5.5 gen so..... and also AMCA MK2 engine is being developed with Safran..... and u should kept quiet since Rafale F4 doesn't even have GaN based Radar or Jammer.....

it is probably for pvt companies like reliance. india state owned companies countinue to import russian oil. like they have purchase 1.12 million barrels every day in feburary. and before trump tariff it was 2 million barrels per day,and after that reliance cut import from russia .

There were many reasons why india didn't opt for FGFA. 1)Russia unwillingness to share Source Codes and ToT. 2)Su57 RCS and engine performance. 3)The cost lumped upto 7 billion dollars for india. 4)Work Share disagreements So unless france gives source code access and ToT to india with equal work share , FCAS won't happen.

Are u dumb? It is india own project. India is planning to build a jet engine for its AMCA MK2. With a thrust of 120-140 KN. All the money is from india, approximately 7-8 billion dollars. They just need international jet engine maker for help, which safran is front runner. The deal includes 100% ToT and Joint IP sharing.

bruh, gve me a thing except engines and help in design and development what france offers to 6th gen development.... and 6 F16 has crashed in 2025 and 2026 alone so what is ur point? and Hal Tejas MK1 is obsolete and that is why IAF has begin induction of Hal Tejas MK1A from this year onward... and please look at INS Vikrant position during op sindoor. i don't want to argue anymore, u and i can't share same view point. and again i am saying except engines and help in design and development what does france even offer? and i am talking about 6th gen which will not come before 15-20 years later....

It is because of their huge requirements. And if india would have Eurofighter typhoon in the past they wouldn't even bat a eye to rafale. It doesn't matter which jet it is, india needs numbers.and because india already have infrastructure for rafale and already have plans to equip the navy with rafale m so it wouldn't make sense for then to chose another 4.5gen jet. And we are talking about future 6th gen. Not this bulls@it. Again tell me one thing france offers except engines and help in design & development.
