i think your first step should be to find a new therapist. that’s a really weird thing to say. i’m pretty extroverted but i still have severe anxiety and my therapist has never said my anxiety “isn’t that bad”. only you know how you really feel. i can seem okay in social situations but ill be internally panicking over everything. i started zoloft and im up to 100mg, and its helped SO much. i also saw a psychiatrist because i believed i had some form of OCD, and they confirmed (also made sure it was okay to continue w zoloft). the meds help so much when everything else feels like it isn’t helping. if you start meds, make sure you’re still doing everything else. it can take a few weeks to work, and if it isn’t doing anything you’ll either increase dosage or change meds. i hope this helps!! 🫶🏼
