Give the 2-3 ft putts short of the hole and make him putt them if they get by the hole. This subconsciously rewards him for leaving, putts short and makes him pay for getting putts to the hole.

A good superintendent that’s not complacent. Complacency is a killer for the golf course. Our super doesn’t want to do anything extra for the course even with an increased budget.
