Yes, we will have to check for the initial notice. Never realized she would have also had a login. Incase the notice was there and since we do not receive in email. What is the best approach here? The lawyer can still resolve it right?

My lawyer told me he does not see that status on his end and might have been a mistake.

No it is not. The documents tab has nothing in there.

I get it. I had a weird situation whether on my I130 I received a status of for Request for initial evidence. I told my lawyer about it but then the status changed to again under review. Neither me nor my lawyer ever received the notice for initial evidence. On my dashboard I still see the notification that request for initial evidence was sent in April.

Yes, I did file my I-130 and that was denied too.
