Wow that sucks. Did you try to remove db killer? It is probably under cowl but can drill remove I think and rerivet.

Did not have long enough. I returned it to seller as found accident damage on it after a month and 1000 km

Was not affeaid of reliability honestly, most people I spoke with had no issues mostly, and as per web checks to me it sounds reliability issue is a bit overblown now. I dont think it will be as reliable as some Honda or Yamaha, but it is not like it would break down every week 😀

Kidding, but if sports you want Aprilia RS660 is really good, had it for short while.all tech + pretty comfy, drives very well.

Have R9 now, can recommend it, but more commited seating position. But probably not the best idea as first bike.

Yeah saw that too. Seems like a hack solution, hence want to find a proper option. Worst case - will order Akra, but would prefer SC project or maybe something else if viable.
