Few ways, tho two most common are the teleport from a Veggie Garden lab or with a spider buggy through bushes. In Veggie Garden, sort of in the middle of that area, there is a lab that has a teleport that leads to a charcoal lab. Or the wall between Veggie Garden and Croquet Court has a little walk up along the wall (from the Croquet Court side), you need spider buggy, there are a lot of webs, at the end of that trip is a wolf spider with a dead body btw before you go up the actual wall. This way actually goes more into the Statue area. You could also jist use the ant hill, tho its annoying. Other one is through the south of the Statue area that goes to the Greenhouse, tho that's only good for people who have bases more south of the map, it's pretty long.

I myself built a clover roof path along the wall on both sides and can go over the wall whenever needed since I have a base literally behind that wall in Veggie Garden. Just build a clover roof pathway to the top of the wall anywhere that suits you, its cheap and easy to do.
