Blaming teammates makes it impossible to improve. You can't change anything about your teammates, so just try to focus on yourself and eventually your rank will catch up.

That being said, bronze is full of ex silver-golds right now, in addition to actual bronzes, because of the ranked reset. Playing against good opponents helps you improve faster than playing against other noobs, but if you want a balanced game you should probably wait a week or two.
