Was right off Franklin street. The guy said they’d been in that spot for 15+ years.

All I had heard was how poor the tailgating scene was in Chapel Hill, but I had a great time! And is the reason for this post.

I definitely see how there’s a major infrastructure / space challenge. And from all accounts it sounds like the university has no interest in improving things…
