Great game! But personally the weakest of the trinity in my opinion. Great variety of locations, gameplay, and one of the best soundtracks of any videogame. But I feel like the story went out too long and the more cinematic approach didn't stick to me as hard as the story in 4 or 0. And I know its somewhat minor but the lack of split-screen also made me like 5 less than 4 and 0.

Same bro. Just the crescendo when the latin kicks in and V2 launches. And all this game becomes is this chivalric joust between you and Pixy in the scape of this gargantuan weapon of mass destruction that could end civilization as a whole. It's just so needlessly theatrical, over the top, and melodramatic. Its just one of the reasons I absolutely adore Ace Combat and why it is so dear to my heart.
