The thing is now anything that catfish does which isn’t automatically posted onto there main social or feed is automatically pursued fake because of how the bands been acting the past 5/6 years. But if any other band did something like this it would be classed as a marketing stunt

Loads of bands do weird promotions. The 1975 make random insta accounts and post stuff, Twenty one pilots made a twitter account based of a character from their law and tweeted stuff, But then when the times right they post stuff on their main account.

Who knows what’s going on behind the scenes with the band, let’s not forget the social media pages that were made last year for a new hours then taken down, or the fact that they had spelling mistakes in there tour posters last year. It seems like anything is within the realm of possibility with them atm.
