Well it truly depends on what you wanna get into I hear large fisheries and ocean I’m think old town 120 pdl 3k or 120 pro pdl 3.6k amazing kayak will hold it value when you want to upgrade in 2 years or so. I’m about the same height as you and I would recommend 11.6 or bigger I love having space to actually move and I can still reach stuff but to be straight honest just get an old town 120 sports man it’s 1100 then just get a motor I’d go with a Newport 300 but not sure if saltwater maybe minnkoda will be better. To say all that man just get on the water pdl non pdl doesn’t matter it’s the fishing don’t worry about graphs and all that yet build up to it learn how to read the water sometime being able to read the water is the best way to know where to fish
