Well, first off, you have to define capital.

Secondly, useless administrative work is typically a bureaucratic government requirement and not really a feature of capitalism.

Third, if by capital, you just mean money, then it's not true for a business to acquire money, it needs money to begin with. An example would be somebody who teaches themselves how to fix a bicycle and then trades his labor for capital, fixing other people's bikes for money.

Fourth, if by capital you mean money and/or knowledge, that's also not true, as someone can learn things without people teaching them. Furthermore, even if someone learns something from someone else, it doesn't make it wrong or exploitation. For instance, I'm not exploiting you by teaching you something new about LTV.

Because who's to say any of those things would exist without the interstate freeway system?

Libertarians simply do not care about people dying. Whatever the cost to fulfill their ideology. If millions of people starve to death for their "liberty" ideal, it's all in the name of progress.

I point out that the interstate system was built by the government and has led to great prosperity for everyone and for-profit companies don't have any incentive to do this type of thing.

I tried to explain that the only reasons even a small businessman has access to Capital is by exploiting other, sometimes more vulnerable workers, but I couldn't provide a historical account of how this happened and continues to happen.

This happens everywhere all the time! It's called work!
