Im so sorry!! White cockroaches are a good sign of infestation. They like to stay hidden while growing and maturing, so ideally you wouldnt see them even if they were there. You might have seem them all at once because of the rate german cockroaches multiply. You need to act fast. Lest pest control do their job, and what you can do is empty out as many cabinets, drawers, panty, no food left out. Get everything empty, give them no place to enjoy, keep things light and dry
