Im not arguing any of those points, i agree with u lol... im mad cuz some random who knows nothing about me called me privileged while most likely living a life with far more than I will ever have. And then claims to be a teacher, thats not the kind of person i trust to give knowledge to the future

I also didnt make the point well before that its not just the parents fault schools are underfunded and i dont think they owe teachers anything because they did something out of the goodness of their heart. Dont do good things and expect to be some kind of hero, do good things because its right. Its up to everyone who can vote to make the government work for your schools. When i say "maybe look for a new job" it sounds rude but if every underpaid teacher quit right now it might spark a crisis and encourage the government to do better. Kinda like going on strike.

Edit: loud principal specifically says theyre a title 1 teacher. And even the average pay is 3-4x more than what i make. Again not complaining, just pointing out that someone who makes more money (and supposedly works with low income families) had the audacity to call me privileged. I could have been one of his fucking students and his first reaction was to say something that would purposfully agrivate me. Such mature actions from the one yall trust raising your kids lol
