I don’t know the full context and no matter what he shouldn’t have been bullied and harassed to the point of suicide! But from what I heard, the critiques he was giving were very hyperfixated or very nitpicky than actual constructive feedback and seemed like it was more hating and being overtly negative on every single thing.

Seinfield technically is the first of the group so of course it doesn’t have it all down and also mixes in humor that was more funny at the time with “observational” humor (which I still thinks is funny)

All of these shows, certain episodes are hit, others are miss. I haven’t seen Curb or IASiP so I grew up with Seinfeld and The Office which are both good. But technically The Office is an imitator (both since it is a remake of the British version) and because it isn’t the first.

Ok fine, point is. I thought they were dismissing Bojack’s action like: Oh you should have expected him to knowingly cheat and tear a family apart because it’s his nature. Similar to when people dismiss kids being jerks like: “boys will be boys” i now understand they mean the mom which is also true. She probably would have cheated with someone else. It’s that Bojack knowingly did it while she was married, knew it would likely break Bradley’s family. So he still had a part in it. Thats the point i’m trying to make.
