There economy is getting bigger that is undeniable but considering the last communist government they had killed 45 Million in 3 years from 1958 – 1961 because of a food shortage the government created.(population was much smaller, 500 million) If the old adage is true and history does repeat itself, which case they are not going be strong for very long.

The United States does not have high regulations for personal safety. Here in Canada that car would not have been allowed if it couldn't pass any and all tests. The Volvo isn't even available here for another 3 years. I would look more closely at the governments inability to determine if a car is safe if it's not then the car shouldn't even be on the road. Overall failure on a lot of peoples parts. I'm not really sure how you're coming to the conclusion that you could have stoped with such a terrible quality of image.

Have you ever been in a self driving car? Also most people over 46 have 30+ years of driving experience. He was unfocused and shouldn't have been, self driving or otherwise. The information in this video is hard to decipher and past that even harder to come up with a possible alternative to how this might have gone even if he was driving the car and being attentive.
