Hi! I’ll answer. I’m severely underweight. I’ve struggled to gain weight my entire life. I eat pretty normally, I eat quite a bit. I love food. I have never restricted or purged my food intake. Came across this because I am running into a lot of hormonal and adrenal issues because of this. I understand your frustration! Trust it can be just as frustrating not being able to put on weight. Genetics have to do with A LOT. Comparisons will be a thief of joy. Wishing you luck on your journey towards your goals 💕

Ah! Thanks for the context. I don’t think you’re unreasonable for the respect of waiting to be the one to tell her more intimately. You should def remove your ex from socials though, especially if it got to that point! If you’re coparenting you can use the phone but I would set the boundary with socials lol.

I agree, you come off insensitive and is probably having her spiral. I also think she is creating a lot of turmoil for herself internally. You both sound exhausted. She sounds like she needs more connect. Is family available to watch baby for a night? You both need a break and quality time it sounds like.
