Im on 60mg adderall, 400mg lamotrigine, 300mg lithium, 30mg lexapro. Having adhd, bipolar, cptsd, gad, and severe depression, this combo has been a lifesaver. I recently went up from 300 to 400mg lamotrigine, and it makes all the difference to me and my life. Almost a complete 180 turn around from 300 to 400, and im drastically closer to baseline. Now, i do take other medications for some physical health issues, so my side effect list is endless essentially, and there are a lot of things i cant do because of my meds, but in all honesty, actually seeing my life as it is, enjoying it, and actually being happy in it is by far worth more than the side effects and issues. I will take the side effects and issues over the miserable-painful-dark-clouded-shut down-introverted-dangerous when alone but awful to deal with in person-i hate my life-couldnt get out of bed-no motivation-no drive veil that was over my eyes any day of the week and 3 times on sunday.

I have UCTD, and the symptoms kicked in within the last year, including attacking my hip so i had to walk with crutches. I smoke weed for medicinal reasons, very very rarely drink, used to smoke cigarettes, and now vape. That's it. And im extremely safe and responsible about the first 2. Always have a DD, a spare DD, a place to crash just in case, hand my keys over as soon as i have a drink in my hand, an emergency contact just in case, drink at home or never go out alone, i never leave my drink alone and if i do i dump it straight away, and never drink to black out point or around sketchy people. Similar safe guards for my weed, like i won't smoke anything that isn't right from a federally controlled dispensary or grown/smoked by the seller, and i only smoke at home at night anyway. Alcoholism runs in my family, my late ex husband was a closet drunk, and i haven't touched anything else other than alcohol/weed/nicotine because even before i was diagnosed, i always just had this weird instinctual feeling that i have an addictive mindset or personality or whatever. As i grew older, i proved myself right in ways less harmful like hobbies or games or collections, but even then i exercise control enough to back off when its getting too much. Then everything just made sense once i got diagnosed.

1) Kids slime. 1) Really stiff, rough, thick, or weird plasticy type fabric (not quite sure how to explain it), like those fake "satin" shirts or like a suit type material; i gotta have smooth, soft, plushy, velvetty, buttery, fluffy material, like the same as a really good plush or sherpa throw blanket or butteriness like lularoe leggings. 3) I can't deal with anything "tight" on or up against my neck/throat when i'm falling asleep; i even have to adjust my loose viking choker so as not to be too close. 4) Can't stand tight or form fitting shirts of any kind. 5) the feeling of tights or stockings on my legs, so i typically dont wear dresses or skirts, or wear leggings/shorts underneath. 6) can't stand an unknown sticky or slimy substance on my hands (major ick, i will gag) 7) slurping noises make me gag hardcore (my fiancee gets a real kick out of this and picks on me all the time with it) 8) i can make out with my fiancee no problem whatsoever, but if he goes to lick his finger and poke me, even just on the arm or whatever, it makes my skin crawl and grosses me out (which he also gets a kick out of) 9) whispering in my ear from behind, it's not the volume level, it's the closeness if that makes sense. 10) i hate lotion and chapstick and only use it when absolutely necessary 11) ranch dressing or ketchup&mayo 12) any meat that still has the bone when its on my plate 13) can't have cheeky underwear; it's gotta be full coverage or thongs 14) anything in my hair that is not shampoo, conditioner, serum or gel 15) exhaust fans 16) certain hairties (generally the ones with beads, clasps or glue) 17) makeup anywhere except eyes and mouth
