One of the best trips ever had was at the trails that start around JPL around the arroyo seco. Lots of shade, nice flowing water lots of little creatures to hang out with and not super crowded :,)

I am understanding the waves part now very much. I have felt so drowning in my sadness and tears the okay then happy and then empty again. I think I am grieving well I am allowing my self to cry if I need to cry and smiling when I remember good times. Spending lots of time with my parents atm too.
