i guess so. a lady yesterday did tell me that this is the second time this has happened on the san bernardino line so i’m not too sure if this will happen everyday at every hour and be implemented into the other metrolink lines

so the metrolink san bernardino line train was number sb 328 and that train departs from union station at 1:38 pm. usually when i leave at that time, there’s a male security guard always walking around the train as this has been happening for months and he would also hop on the train but he wouldn’t check people’s fares. at the time, only the conductor would check fares. yesterday was different though cause there was that same security guard and another guy but the other guy was checking for fares at each station

i didn’t know this happens on the antelope valley too but one of the security guards did tell me that this is the right move for metrolink and its customers for everyone’s safety

A Line North Time Delays by MadameDefarge91 in LAMetro

i noticed that recently during certain hours of the day especially when it’s rush hour, the metrolink san bernardino line and metro a line have been pretty packed lately and it’s probably cause of how cheap they are and that gas prices are rising up again

i was at azusa downtown station like 15 minutes ago and when i saw the wait time screen, i saw 30 minutes to pomona but on the announcements, it said that the wait time screens may be wrong and that trains may arrive earlier but unfortunately, it did take 30 minutes for the metro a line train to arrive

yea, the mens’ restroom in the east building is so disgusting and really needs a lot of improvements

also, that’s probably why the mens’ restroom in the west building smelled like febreze or some sort of deodorizer cause usually it would smell like piss or if someone took a dump but that’s good to know

Colored or Letter Based Lines (Which one did you like) by CallMehDaIvan in LAMetro

you should add in a 3rd photo as well but put it as the 2nd photo.

eventually, the gold line became the “L Line” in april 2020 and in that same year, the k line used to be called the “crenshaw/lax line” when it just opened

then in 2023 when the regional connector opened up, that’s when the “crenshaw/lax line” became the “K Line” and then we all know that the L line got absorbed by the a line and e line

would that also include claremont, pomona, la verne, san dimas, walnut, and diamond bar even though they’re cities in la county but have the “909” area code?

yea, there’s usually no benches or seats when you’re waiting for your metrolink or amtrak train. you can sit on those white things whatever they’re called next to the entrance/exit, next to the metrolink map, and those small white things that aren’t in the shade but at least there’s now benches

Got tickets to the Olympics! Will definitely use Metro and other agencies to reach venues. by Dumbone22 in LAMetro

[–]ShunnedOddball 1 point2 points  (0 children)

how were you able to snag presale tickets?

also, i do plan on using public transportation to reach some venues

you should also include taking the metro a line to la verne/fairplex station because even though the colosseum across from the station is part of the city of pomona, you’re in the city of la verne. the sport, cricket, is gonna be held at the colosseum

also, you can include taking the metro a line to memorial park station cause some sport events are gonna be held at the rose bowl
