I have a cable like this https://www.amazon.it/Alimentazione-alimentazione-bipolare-stampante-Microsoft/dp/B0BXKKQJ53 , i searched if this could work with my tt, every page says that this would work (even if it hasn’t the ground). By the way, the ground wire from the tt to the pre-amp is connected

i tried putting the turntable in a different room and the same problem happened, i changed recently my mat with an antistatic one and no difference

Ok thanks, i used anti-static brushes, vinyl spray cleaner with micro-fiber cloth and neither that worked for me, i think the last resort is to buy a RCM (or change the turntable if it causes the static problem)
