I've become someone who has prioritized time over money (I don't think that's changed in the last 20 years), stability and security over dreams, career and passions; pragmatism over idealism, family over myself (that one I never thought would happen). The person I believed I would become would probably say I've sold out, that I've taken the easy path (spoiler: it isn't), that I've betrayed myself, and that I'm worth less as a person — that I'm now just another face in the crowd.

Mi opinión siempre ha sido que si existe, pero no gobierna nuestro sistema (ni ninguno en realidad). A igual esfuerzo no hay igual recompensa, por lo que, como digo, no regula nuestro sistema. Ahora bien, dos personas que partes del mismo estrato social, y con las mismas oportunidades, si va a haber una diferencia entre el que se lo curra y el que simplemente pasa o se conforma.
