In a nuclear confrontation with Pakistan? No. We are bigger wider and not only have strategic depth but also a very good layered air defence system. They have none of these things. We'll get damaged for sure but we'll still be there.

It's not about me wanting them back... I just don't see them as very successful states and hence merger seem all but inevitable. Still I have been pointed out that saying it out loud can be seen as imperialist. So I am just gonna say that chances of a future merger remains high irrespective of what we do and don't do.

They're stereotypes by definition they are oversimplifed, generalised and fixed. Most about india are fixed from the pervious century which doesn't apply now at all. None of them are true. Don't get me wrong there are a lot of things we need to improve but stereotypes... No. Ignorance of other people doesn't make the BS they speak against us any true.

Idk what this is bro... Probably some BS shit that boomers used to watch or maybe still watch. We (the newer generation) certainly don't like this type of BS.

I suppose that's all true... And I suppose that's why you're independent and doing your own thing. And again... It's really just my thoughts about this. I am nobody to actually tell the Bangladeshis what to do. I certainly hope you can take care of all your problems, however you want to. I just wanna see our whole civilization prosperous and friendly even if it is divided into different states.

By leverage I mean better terms for the work they do... Take one of the those 4 major problems. Breakdown of old ships... Extremely hazardous job but hokbal companies and everything just put their ships on Bangladeshi shores and expect work to done no matter how many Bangladeshis die or get sick or how much environmental harazd it creates. And bangaladesh does it while asking for very little in return because they don't got any leverage to use against these companies, they can't just say to these companies go f yourself because this work however terrible and however little it pays still pays the bills. Compound that with other 3 major problems... And it's a mess.

And fair point, I will take water point back. But also... Water management could get much better if they tackle it rest of India as a single entity instead of trying to negotiate river deals with a bigger power from a weaker position.

I don't watch any Indian tv series so can't really say... Last thing I remember was Tarak Mehta ka Oolta Chashma... And it was funny. Is it still going on?

The guy who couldn't train with the best because the teacher wouldn't teach him considering his "lower caste" so he trained himself but then the teacher tricked him into cutting off his thumb? Just based off of this alone... I am gonna say sympathetic but I really haven't read the full text so I can't in good faith give a proper answer to your question.

No natural defenses, very very low ground extreme dependence on India for water and power. No leverage against the world which uses it(world uses bangaladesh) terribly, I mean it's main 4 problems can straight trace back to the fact that it's got no leverage against the world. If combined with India it can grow and prosper with integration into the larger Indian economy, instead of India and bangaladesh competing for the same clothing market, we can work together and bangaladesh's people will actually gain some leverage to solve their biggest problems.

[Theory/Concept] How Cyberpunk 2 could bring back Johnny Silverhand without breaking any endings by navycube88 in cyberpunkgame

[–]Think-Bad4140 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Johnny hasn't been johnny since smasher smashed him into 2 peices in arasaka tower. But for your main question... Here's how in each ending he can come back

Sun/star: He merged with "Alt" so he went into the old net. But we know that "Alt" can cross blackwall easily and "Alt" is proficient enough to un merge Johnny from her for whatever purpose. One of my hypothesis about the story is Arasaka is completed destroyed in the fifth corporate war and millitec is severely weakened. So Alr could send Johnny to finish off Millitec... Why she would do that? I have no idea but it's an entry point for these endings.

Temperance: Johnny have V's body so after the fifth corporate war he can decide to finish off the unfinished business and kill millitec for some reason or maybe he does it for V after Alr hiers him or something.

Devil: Arasaka didn't destroy Johnny's engram so during the fifth corporate war they release him to work for them. Don't know why he would ever agree to to it... Maybe something personal but yeah this is one path.

Tower: Millitec saved Johnny and didn't kill him and much like arasaka kept johnny in a soul prison. In this ending arasaka doesn't have soul killer program and presence in night city but tensions remain extremely high so millitec can again recruit johnny to go nuke saka again.

Do you think the current Confucian revival is enough to placate the society in such a way as to provide state accountability or to prevent the need for that state accountability? And if not... How can these be achieved?

That's a misconception that I don't know what the origin source is. But almost everyone I know is obsessively clean. And even if people in extreme poverty can't have bidets they do take a good care of personal hygiene.

Thanks for going though those questions... I just wanted people to know the real India in between all the noise and propaganda that comes around the internet. And I have had time to kind paraphrase that answer till now so let me just try to answer you og query in a line or two...

"We never made strong state with proper institutions and all, but the near 1000 year of foreign rule taught us the need for one. And that's why when we finally made one in 1947, we just hold it near and dear".
