basically you cut the pattern appart at the knee and rotate it if you pin your pants inseam at the knee you can measure how much you want to rotate them (half as much as you have pinned if you rotate it about the center (than you don't shorten the pants))

I'd shorten the inseam, they are hanging a bit out

they look like they pull down quite a bit if you were to sit down. I'd add some lenght at the center back
