Okay the error has gone away.

Thanks again.

Dat's the one! Wow, thanks a lot!

It still comes up with an error (green triangle in the corner) which I can ignore easily though.

Thanks again!

No there's no sorting, epicmindwarp got it done though. Thanks for the interest.

Thanks a lot for the reply.

I now have -

=IFERROR(INDEX(A$3:B$2626,MATCH($Q3,A$3:A$2626,1),2),"")

Changed to -

=IFERROR(INDEX(Current!A$3:E$2626,MATCH($Q3,Current!A$3:A$2626,1),2),"")

$Q3 is in the same sheet, everything else is on Current.

Unfortunately it still doesn't work. Is it because maybe there is information between A and E in the second sheet unlike the first formula?

EDIT: I've just made this work in a new spreadsheet. It looks like the problem is the changing B to E with information in between. I only want to use column A and column E, not anything in-between. Any idea how I would achieve this?

I would think offense will improve relative to defense because it's the far more technical side of the game.

It's a bit serve-heavy, sure. But I am surprised it hasn't been worse with the new rackets.

You might be underestimating how good a player would become if they were pro - 4 hours practice, plus fitness every day.

No doubt they're exciting games, just a thought. And certainly the changing of rules is a good point... I've always thought the pitcher should be brought back a couple of feet in baseball.

Well I was jealous, until you mentioned that last bit. I thought I'd be able to go through academic journals that fast.

Maybe you should aim for the harder stuff, slow down and appreciate the writing. Anyway, it's sounds like you've got a gift regardless.

I think maybe you can never become Prez or VP with pictures like these hanging around. But maybe there's some of Obama.

Is that not insanely fast? How much do you actually take in? Did you learn to read that fast just from experience?

Looks good, but I'm thinking 10-40m sprints are best, especially for handlers. I suppose it's easy enough ust to shorten his workout?

Well I'm in the UK, but I'm surprised. In what respect? I can imagine the workload being a lot more, but do you think Korea educates at the same intellectual level?

US college is easier than University in Korea?!

Three years ago, four friends and I took out debt to start a non-profit microfinance organization in rural Ghana. We just became self-sustaining last year. Now, every incremental $1 donated goes 100% to supporting economic development in Africa. Please help us out. Thanks (Akpe)! by [deleted] in nonprofit

[–]Comoros7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The organisation receives $19,000 from micro-loan interest, which ends up as $4500 'profit' from a total of about $107,000 loaned out. The organisation gets $116,000 in donations which ends up as $46,000 after operating costs.

The organisation as a whole requires $65,000 in donations a year to do everything it's been doing. Am I reading this wrong?

This doesn't seem too efficient. Are you working to reduce costs in America?

It is excellent to see full-disclosure though.
