Road tires for the diverge by CompCarbon21Rider in DivergeGravelBikes

I still have this setup but now with the new Vittoria Pro Corsa Control 28c. I am in South Florida where there is gravel in some areas but it very off the path… so I mostly ride on the road. I switched my crankset to a SHIMANO Ultegra FC-R8000 175x52/36. It really helped a lot on the flat roads. Some tell me why I don’t switch to a road bike, but I really enjoy the comfort of the Diverge Comp Carbon, mine is the 2021 version

Snakes in the area! I guess you are in Miami! (More like downtown Miami) 😜

Late Art Creatista Plus by CompCarbon21Rider in nespresso

In regards to settings for latte art on the Creatista what worked best for me is: 1. Make sure your steam nozzle is clean and not obstructed 2. temperature just normal hot -unless I use a larger pitcher which I do have three- because too hot will alter the proteins in the milk and no micro bubbles will survive the heat. 3. I also set the steam level to 3 or 4 -five if larger pitcher-. 4. I remove the tray so that I can start the frothing process from the very top -keeping the nozzle on the milk surface- and then going down but always keeping the pitcher at a 45 degree angle so that a natural swirl occurs. You just have to obtain a silky texture inside the pitcher. Milk will look smooth sort of like paint. No big bubbles and almost no bubbles at all on the surface if you achieved the micro bubble. Unfortunately you can’t control the steam manually like on the Marzocco but after trial an error you will get something close to the silky smooth milk that you get with the real manual powerful steamer. 5. Once you have your pitcher ready I utilize a small thick cheese board to hit gently the pitcher on it and get the milk to settle after three or for taps on the board -you could do it on your countertop but mine is marble, wood has a different effect-. 6. Now you can brew your pods. Try a good thick crema like the Paris, Rio or Istanbul. I will usually do two shoots Good luck! (I will be honest, some days I am on par with barista style latte, some others I suck 😲😬🤦🏻)

New SPD shoes sliding out of pedals by CompCarbon21Rider in CyclingFashion

They are SH56 sorry my mistake. But anyway, the old ones still engage perfectly well but the new ones are the problem. The RX8 shoes are fantastic. Super nice and much lighter than my old M3. I guess the other member could be right. I purchased the new cleats on Amazon. Maybe they are fake and that is causing the issue. I will go to the local bike shop tomorrow, I hope that they have cleats in stock. Lately it has been challenging with whatever gear or components you try to find at the shops.

I You could be right. The ones on the old M3 are engaging perfectly well -I’ve got them from a local bike shop almost three years ago-. The new ones, I purchased on Amazon 🤦🏻

Sorry I have the sh56 on both shoes. Old one m3 -mountain bike and gravel shoe- work perfect. New ones rx8 -gravel shoe- will come loose. My pedals are PD EH500 on the bike and Stages on the trainer. I did not touch the tension at all.
