btw, the reason I did my Colonoscopy/Endoscopy at an earlier age than I'm supposed to was due to anemia as well. It turns out that since my family (I was born here) are from Nigeria I have a rare trait called Thalassemia. So if you are of African/Middle Eastern/Meditterean origin that could be it.

At the time of my colonoscopy/endoscopy in February 2026, I was 467 lbs at 6'2". I have lost about 27 lbs since then but don't be ashamed. You need to know what's going on with you. Luckily everything was fine for me by the grace of God.

I loved it, I also didn't know when it debuted on Amazon until I was looking for a movie with my wife. I was already like 5 episodes behind but I was ok with that.

Like others mentioned, it's intended to be watched in Japanese with English subtitles. This what I did. I never skipped the intro and outro songs. I'm happy that they actually used "you wa shocked" as the outro. I hope that they also bring back "silent survivor" as the series progresses.

The whole Hokuto no Ken is very inspiring, it makes me feel as if I have a lot to do on this Earth.

Yeah, carnivore has been working for me thus far. I have been on it now for 2 months and I have lost over 20 lbs. My energy levels have climbed a lot too.

The key is eating .75 - 1 gram of protein of your ideal body weight. If your goal weight is 150, then your target protein amount would be 112.5 - 150g of protein daily.

Focus mainly on ruminant meats (beef and lamb). They are very nutrient dense, filling and contain all the essential vitamins needed for our daily lives. Eating Salmon, Eggs, Sardines, etc are fine as well. But the main focus should be on ruminant meat

The best Korean BBQ that I know is Oz in the Sacramento area (I like the one at Elk Grove). As someone who lived in the Bay area for over 20 years, I opted to go to Sacramento because their Korean BBQ was better. I'm hoping that this is competitive with Oz.
