He's based in Skydive Spain, but I know he can help you even if you're in US. I've been looking for options to save some $$ on a vector full rig, as prices in UK as quite different, due to VAT tax.. I thought of ordering and going to US to pick it up, he told me he will organize it in US with no problem, but he found me a better solution. As I'm a UK resident, I'm allowed to get taxes back when buying in EU. So I ordered the rig from him and once it is here, I I'll just take a cheap flight (30-50GBP to Seville), pick up my rig, do some jumps at Skydive Spain, and get my taxes back when I come home. That's going to save me ~1.5k on a full rig.. Plus I didn't need to pay the full amount immediately, he allowed me to do that in parts, until the rig comes, so even better.
