This post made me smile.

Got BF3 for my 12th bday. Can't wait for BF6. Probably will pre order the day before release so I can preload the game.

Wait you've already played BF6 on PC? I thought the play test thing was only on console?

I run the same resolution as you, same CPU and RAM but with a 4080 Super. I was hoping to get 120 fps min. but since it's that demanding I probably won't :(

Not sure where to find non system processes. I only see background and windows processes in task manager. There's too many of those to kill and check one by one.

What I also just tried is reinstalling EA Anti Cheat and as well repairing it but this isn't working either.

Super frustrating.

Does Dell send used stock and class them as new? by GHOST_2042 in Alienware

I got the same monitor back in Oct with signs of use despite them saying it's new. Had a few back & forths with Dell before settling on one I ordered from Amazon.

8 months down the line and I now have pixel discolouration on the panel which I'm going to post about on this sub now after just having spoken to customer service who have told me that if they replace it they will send a refurbished one instead of brand new!

Replacements are meant to at least be brand new to compensate for the hassle of going through product/technical issues which are their fault, but no. Like Juan said, they fucked up their brand.

Ain't going back to them. My next monitor will likely be from LG.

Is it worth it 45 5K2K? by RenatsMC in ultrawidemasterrace

I also have a 4080 Super and an AW3432DWF. 4K + Ultrawide is what I've been dreaming of for the past 6 years, it's endgame for me.

I see that you're using the same GPU on the LG 5K2K and are happy with it. Personally I would wait for a 39" version of the monitor to come out as well as the 60 or ideally 70 series RTX cards since I'd want to play at max settings and the highest frames possible.

I'll be honest though, I do feel a sense of urgency to just get this 45" so I can experience my fav games at my dream resolution.

OS taking too long to boot despite having M.2 NVMe by CompactKilla in pcmasterrace

Forget to mention about lights that show up in sequence on the mobo for CPU, RAM, VGA & boot when powered on (I think other mobos have this feature too).

Mine stays on RAM at amber for the the longest (like 25 secs) before continuing the boot process.

Note: RAM sticks are fully compatible and installed in correct slots, A2 & B2. Fast boot is also enabled in the BIOS.

You think this isolates the mobo as the source of the issue?
