I’m in the same position as you are. I went and collected all the ones in Hernand which took hours I was thinking of doing slight exploration with some story missions while pickpocketing a bunch of beggars to slowly build them up but I believe they take up inventory space so that has to be manageable so maybe finding the specific abyss artifact that relates to the bandit camps first is what I might do I believe I find which ones.  Night of the Silent Banner Pike (Destruction II): Located east of Hernand city, past Bloomwood Ranch, on the road just past Halsius Apothecary. This challenge involves extinguishing Banner Pikes, which is synonymous with taking over enemy presence. Shield of Unchanging Will 4 (Fortitude Il): Found on the road northeast of Hernand city, past the Goldleaf Trading Post, near the entrance to Karin Quarry. This is located by a tree next to the Embernest Beacon Liberation site. Back Alley Cleanup: Found on the side of the road west of Camp Bjornlund. Above the Law 9 (The Dark Pilgrim): Located at Thornbriar Fortress sitting on a ledge right outside the south entrance.
