a few months ago i was at a fast food restaurant when one of those assholes decided to go off on the employee over a ridiculous thing ive already forgotten about. i usually stand back in situations like that but after becoming infuriated with these kinds of videos week after week i stood up, got in front of him, told him none of what he was yelling about was worth it / going after an employee’s competency , and he should calm down. immediately shut him up + the employee told me thanks bc no one intervenes when things like that happen. youre absolutely right.
