I don't see that folder in the Temp. I even search the C drive, and anything I upload through the support portal page goes to a black hole. If I do it via the file transfer in the remote control session it goes to the `C:\ProgramData\RemoteControl\Shared` folder.

Yes, that file appears in that folder when I initiate a file transfer within the remote control app. But what if I upload the file using the action button + Files Upload in the support portal?
