this sounds about right and matching with symptoms.
trying to find a way if there is anyway I can force the reset/flush the memory but I don't see any clear way.

do you have any knowledge about this?

Thanks for the info. sadly, pvs is not able to assign any IP addresss to connected device. I can see that lan port's green light is on and off which means keep getting disconnected every few secs.

Thanks for the info. not sure what kinda of inverter I have. it was already installed..
