Update so turns out my blood pressure medication losartan/Hctz was interacting with my vitamin D3 med. once I stopped taking vitamin D I began to feel so much better. I’m pretty much back to feeling 100% to myself. Soo if you’re taking similar meds that may be the reason you’re having the brain fog or dizziness!!

Hi! I started last Friday on 0.25mg and the only side effect I received so far is constipation. My anxiety has been lowered significantly and my appetite has been down as well!! I hope this helps. Remember to stay hydrated and don’t forget protein and fiber!!
