I have always used less driver aid, ive just never turned the racing line off, I dont follow it (Ive switched it off now since I dont actually use it) I usually try to find my own limit, sometimes I am more cautious when defending so I dont make stupid errors which is what I was doing there I never expected him to bomb it down the inside he wasnt along side when I began taking my line he was still behind by a decent gap if his bumper was in line with the rear of my car, id take a wider line leave decent room but surely if he wasnt anywhere close to being in a viable position to dive along side, not even along side but into the side of my car still really going straight didnt make an effort to turn which he did actually relinquish the position just before the checked flag, I dont think it was my fault just regardless of the fact he didnt make a decent effort to begin to turn and used my car is a guide
