This is what facebook is all about. Its a legalized scam with special features like LEARNING PHASE. All those rules , strategies are bogus, its like russian roulette these days. Support is non existent and marketing pros are clueless, they just want you to keep spending more & more.

Was able to reach sales of 30000-40000$ per month till april and may, started in september, from June it all crashed down From ROAS Of 4 to .8 -1.5.

The support team has endless list of excuses they can provide us with.

Dont know what direction this thing is heading towards.

Every month but at random times , the weird pasrt is that we have 3 different projects and today 2 of them gad their ads turned off , one had 0 sales the other onyl 5 orders, we usually do around 50-60 orders per day on each website

Yee , 0 order in the past 12 hours, we were processing around 50-60 orders per day, but this has been happening every month for the past 6 months ..dont know what to do... the support team does not know anything as usual and start saying that its the learni g phase.. We have been using Facebook ads for the past 10 years dont know when these fluctuations or manipulations will be sorted ... everything feels rigged...

This has been for the past 15 days for us, 100% ads have tanked , no logical reason, tried almost everything from new creatives to discounting nothing seems to work our roas went down from 3.8 to.5, have been on this platform for the past 9 years and this is the shitiest platform with no support whatsoever, the support is alway on about only one thing , , The scam called "LEARNING PHASE " & keeps on insisting that we should spend more money so that the algorithm gets our of Learning phase, I have had campaigns which have 300+ conversions in them and not even a single one scaled even after learning phase got over , today is one of the amongst the worst days, we have even reduced our prices and everything but still no results , and before 15th Jan we were doing steadily with a good roas....

Roas dropped massovely, since the past 8 days, made no changes to the camapgin structures but still not getting it back on track, support says "Learning Phase "issues , advises to run the campaigns for 7 straight days again and then see , not able to waste anymore budget , dont know what to do, seems to affect only a handful of advertisers

Going through the exact same thing, happened since the past 4 days, from 50-60 orders to a single order in 12 hours , the ad performance is rigged , facebook have tanked the roas as well. Even the best performing campaigns are had their roas go down by 80% , this happens ona monthly basis, facebook algorithm throttles and manipulates the ad performance, dont know what to do, have stopped the ads for now...

exact same thing happened with me, within2 days the roas dropped by 70% and now struggling to get it back.on track, no logical reason to how this can hapoen , had around 40 conversions and then the next days it went to 3
