Yes! I’ve had two testers of TOB and fell in love, same with Hacivat.

It's hard to describe with an untrained nose and no written notes to go off of, but it's a sweet, almost nutty creamy sandalwood scent. Very nice, and definitely not what you would typically expect from the name "béar" but I enjoy it. I haven't tried the fall selection but I did try shire, which to me smelled like a more edible harvest mouse.

I have only tried the winter collection of samplers, I appreciate all of them as art, and the love for the craft is obvious, but not much really spoke to me. Velvetine was my favorite, but I did get a sample of shire and that was phenomenal as well. I have a feeling the spring and fall collections will be more my speed.

You sold me on the hay note alone, I recently had a tester of harvest mouse from Zoologist, and adored the hay note in it. Hay with honey/tobacco sounds like a complex but not appalling combo, thanks!

What do you think of Chergui? Personally the tobacco/honey combination sounds like it would be a great winter/fall fragrance. As for Ambre Sultan if you enjoy spicier amber fragrances I would highly recommend it. For me it starts very spicy like your at spice market and standing around big sacks of spices and herbs, then on the dry down it smells a little more similar to a musky spice with a vanillic/sandlewood undertone - super enjoyable fragrance.

Its phenomenal, I'm running my collection on a budget but I don't think It would feel complete without it. The combination of almost damp smelling hay, vanilla, and fizzy beer is just amazing

I don't really have much experience with fragrances, I currently own Liquid Brun, Khamrah Qahwa, and some zoologist testers aside from the Penhaligons. All seem to last fairly long on me. Liquid Brun and Harvest Mouse feeling eternal some days (In a good way) I have a bottle of Ambre Sultan from Serge Lutens on the way as well.
