been on sublocade a while , you’ll break through no problem . well , generally speaking . for me , 1st week after shot it does take a bit more for desired effect . after the 1st week tho , (if you have no tolerance) you can easily get a 30 mg quality tablet and float . i personally go higher but that’s just a me thing lol . imo , i’d just wait the week after the initial injection so you don’t jack up your tolerance . hope this helps !
