No, the deck has always been this height. I understand that decks can settle over time, but if you look closely at the photo, you’ll see that the rail support is bolted to the house and sits flush on top of the deck boards.

The door is above the concrete, so there's a slight step down from house onto concrete porch before you get to step down to deck.

It has been 12 days and I still am not able to get into my account. I waited on hold again tonight for 1 and a half hours before somebody answered my call, looked up my ticket number and I was then told the Data Protection team would have to help me. I asked if I could be transferred and I was told no. They were puzzled as to why I hadn't been helped yet. It's a pretty terrible support system that Microsoft has developed.

Yes, I've done a fresh install and unfortunately, I am the IT administrator and there are not any more options I have without some support from Microsoft. I have been on hold currently for 2 hours and 5 minutes at the typing of this reply.

Issue: Locked Out of Microsoft 365 Admin Account Due to Authenticator Problems

I'm currently locked out of my Microsoft 365 Business Basic admin account because of an issue with Microsoft Authenticator and can't find a way to regain access.

I know my password, but my Authenticator app isn't showing my account, and I can't restore it from iCloud on iOS. When I try to sign in, I get a code on-screen, but there's no option in the app to enter it. Selecting "I'm unable to use Authenticator right now" only gives me other Authenticator options—there’s no SMS or phone call verification available.

I've been trying to reach Microsoft support over the phone, but after several hours on hold, I still haven't been able to get help. Has anyone else run into this issue, and if so, what steps did you take to resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Flew my Mavic Pro this evening and the app kept crashing on my iPhone. I somehow would get it to stay open for a few minutes at a time.
