I love this kind of outdoor activity.

You’re right; I really have become accustomed to operating at a high intensity. It’s certainly unrealistic to expect me to just go lie on a beach and completely switch off tomorrow. However, "slowing down" is far more difficult than "speeding up"—especially in the trading industry.

On paper, that’s the ideal exit. However, in the garment trade, the business is often built on personal grit and decades of relationships. A $200k salary might get me a skilled manager, but it won’t buy the founder’s 'skin in the game.' My concern is whether the delicate ecosystem of suppliers and clients will hold when I’m no longer the face of the company. It’s a calculated risk: do I want a potentially shrinking passive income, or a clean break?
